Ususty (U are Sustainable)

Our solution is a smart bin, with a tablet on top, where in exchange for leaving old phones and tablets users can play a short game and win prizes or receive discounts. This is supported by a map-based application, which tells the users where to bring back the device and how they will benefit from this. This device can be installed at retail points at Telco companies or electronics retailers, enabling them to gain significant brand value amongst conscious customers and to communicate with them after capturing user details on the terminals. It’s an easily accessible, fun and motivating recycling solution.
GOALS:
1. Eliminate e-waste, through a simple application and global, easily-accessible and flexible recycling infrastructure
2. Provide free access for tablet and smartphone users to a global, flexible and quickly scalable recycling infrastructure
3. Motivate and reward users who return their used devices
4. Support indigent people with charity programs and refurbished devices
