This smart phone app opens up communication between citizens and local government. It offers citizens the opportunity to involve themselves in improving their town/city and in addition helps city councils to manage their various duties more efficiently. Option 1: Local police can request the population for help to find a missing person who has disappeared within a certain area. Option 2: City councils can send the population warnings and alerts, e.g. in the case of road works with a recommendation of an alternative itinerary or in the case of a heat wave with suggestions for averting a malaise. Option 3: Citizens may send photos, video, geolocation points and other kinds of data to inform local government of damage to roads or public property or any kind of complaint about something that negatively affects their quality of life.
The artificial intelligence system is based on a grading and ordering of anonymous and voluntary statistics, e.g. age, gender of the population, environmental and seasonal factors, simulationrequests, information and scores assigned by local police ratings to responses (feedback). This procedure is expected to improveover time as the system contains more information.
